I'm Fabian George, a relationship strategist, teacher and communicator. I've spent my career studying how influence, access and opportunity actually move between people, not in theory, but in boardrooms, backstage areas and quiet conversations most never see.
I'm co-founder of Equity Circle, a real estate company built on the same principles this book teaches, serving kings, governments and investors who don't settle for less. As I like to put it:
